[Poem] Tomorrow
I hear you, loud and clear
Captive in a maze of allurement,
bound by egoistic chains,
I seek to better my agony
and turn deaf to your wails.
Somewhere, deep inside,
a hope nurtures itself.
A hope that this scorching sun sets,
a hope for a new dawn.
Riding on the wings of tattered innocence,
I shall then arrive at your doorsteps
to whisk you away
to heaven far away, all for you and me.
Till then, O! my conscience, keep faith.
